Waitrose’s first national distribution centre is located at IDI Gazeley’s Magna Park in Milton Keynes. The state-of-the-art facility is one of the UK’s largest, covering a 45-acre site the size of twelve football pitches. It supplies Waitrose’s rapidly expanding network of supermarkets and convenience stores throughout the United Kingdom.

Magna Park Milton Keynes is IDI Gazeley’s flagship UK logistics park, already accommodating two million sqft for John Lewis, River Island and AG Barr. Chetwoods also designed the AG Barr and two existing John Lewis facilities to provide Grade A distribution space.

The development achieved BREEAM excellent with the extensive sustainable features incorporated.
