Shortlisted for Inspiring Women in Construction & Engineering Awards 2026

We are delighted to announce that Chetwoods Head of Digital, Sagal Rooble, has been shortlisted for the Inspiring Women in Construction & Engineering Awards 2026 in the Rising Star – Contribution to a Project category.

Sagal champions a people-centred approach to digital delivery, embedding data-driven BIM processes, leading information management strategy, and making complex digital workflows accessible to teams at every level.
As Head of Digital, Sagal plays a pivotal role in advancing Chetwoods’ digital transformation strategy, driving improvements in project efficiency, collaboration and sustainability across the practice.
Her impact extends beyond project delivery through education, research and mentorship. Sagal has supported initiatives with the University of Wolverhampton and contributed to research-led innovation through collaborations including Project RESTOR - winner of AJ100 Climate Initiative of the Year 2026 - working alongside the University of Cambridge and the University of Birmingham. Through training, guidance and knowledge sharing, she actively supports multidisciplinary teams and the wider supply chain, helping others embrace digital tools and processes with confidence.
Sagal embodies Chetwoods’ commitment to innovation, collaboration and sustainability, and represents the next generation of leadership within the built environment.
