Valor Park Tottenham

A transformative 72,153 sqft Grade A urban logistics hub intensifying a brownfield site and achieving 65% development density. The scheme provides two high-specification industrial units designed with flexibility in mind to accommodate a range of logistics and trade activities.
With integrated, well-glazed office spaces, the design enhances commercial functionality while maintaining a strong architectural identity that respects and complements the surrounding built environment. Key architectural elements include portico entrances, full-height curtain walling, and colour palettes that align with both the client’s brand and the neighbouring landscape.
Sustainability and environmental best practices were at the forefront of the project’s design and construction. Features include waste conservation initiatives, energy-efficient heating and lighting systems, renewable energy sources, and real-time energy consumption monitoring within each unit. A rigorous sustainable procurement plan ensured the use of low-embodied carbon materials in line with Circular Economy principles, significantly reducing carbon emissions.
Wellbeing and connectivity to nature have been prioritised. Office and warehouse areas benefit from ample natural light, while landscaped recreational spaces and green-roof cycle storage promote active travel and community engagement. The landscape design approach enhances biodiversity, incorporating native planting and structural landscaping along the site’s periphery.
