The refurbishment of two existing warehouse units included the replacement of all external and internal windows and doors, as well as all dock doors.
The wall and roof cladding was cleaned and repaired, with new access hatches and roof escape provisions installed. All existing fixtures and fittings were stripped out and replaced, including new sanitaryware and toilet cubicles. The works also included general redecoration and the installation of new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes throughout.
