The store includes a customer café and around 200 carparking spaces and was the tenth ‘At Home’ format store to open in the UK.

Chetwoods was initially appointed to assist Castle gate Estates develop feasibility studies for retail schemes to attract the attention of Marks & Spencer, Next and subsequently John Lewis.

Chetwoods was subsequently appointed as lead consultant and coordinated developer and end-user requirements through planning and delivery, and worked closely with the John Lewis Partnership and their interiors team to create the new format store interior.
