We are delighted that Claverings Industrial Estate in Edmonton has been shortlisted in the Industrial & Logistics category of the 2026 NLA Awards.

Designed by Chetwoods for Danescroft and Fiera Real Estate UK, Claverings is a transformative urban logistics masterplan that will regenerate a dated and underutilised industrial estate in North London into a future-ready hub for logistics, manufacturing and distribution. The scheme secured unanimous planning approval and comprises seven flexible industrial and warehouse units ranging from 11,300 to 70,000 sq ft. It is currently on site with completion Q4 2026.

The design demonstrates how high-quality architecture, sustainability and landscape can enhance industrial development within a constrained urban setting. A carefully considered palette of materials, articulated façades and extensive landscaping helps reduce the visual scale of the buildings and create a distinctive identity for the development.

Sustainability has been embedded throughout the scheme. Claverings is targeting EPC A+, BREEAM Outstanding and Net Zero Carbon Construction, with significant biodiversity net gain.

The masterplan also prioritises people and place, incorporating high-quality workplaces, landscaped amenity areas, natural light and urban greening, while its flexible design allows the development to respond to changing occupier and operational requirements over time.

We are particularly pleased to see the project recognised by NLA for its approach to reimagining industrial infrastructure as an integral part of a healthier, more sustainable and economically resilient London.

Congratulations to our clients Danescroft and Fiera Real Estate UK, and to everyone across the project team involved in bringing the vision for Claverings forward.
