Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid Working, 3 days in the Birmingham or London office Tuesday-Thursday)
The Role
We are seeking a BIM & Digital Specialist to support and coordinate digital project delivery within our architectural teams. You will play a key role in managing BIM workflows, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring models are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements. We are looking for someone flexible, who is comfortable stepping into the architectural team when required supporting with drawings, updates, issuing packages, and helping with general project delivery tasks. This role suits someone who enjoys both digital coordination and hands-on project support.
You will:
• Coordinate large multidisciplinary projects and manage federated models.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Produce and maintain project-specific BIM documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and internal BIM processes.
• Use CDE platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM360).
• Support clash detection, model audits, and BIM reporting.
• Provide Revit and BIM support to project teams.
• Assist with point cloud integration, digital verification, and Scan-to-BIM workflows.
• Use platforms such as Dalux for digital collaboration.
• Support the architectural team when needed with drawings, model updates, issuing information, and wider design
coordination tasks.
• Help clients refine and update their BIM and digital requirements.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Good understanding of architecture, design coordination, or building services.
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture.
• Solid knowledge of BIM processes and digital coordination workflows.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Good communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support both digital and architectural project needs.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with ISO 19650 and BIM documentation.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM360).
• Understanding of point cloud and Scan-to-BIM workflows.
• Experience using Dalux or similar collaboration tools.
• Degree or qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, BIM, or a related field.
