The high-quality and sustainable housing scheme will compromise fifty-three houses and seventeen apartments.

The design is centred on evolving and diverse family dynamics, modern modes of living and can adapt to future lifestyles. The scheme provides 100% electric vehicle charge points, cycle storage for all the units, solar PV panels, rainwater harvesting, as well as being well within the current national standards for carbon reduction, and is aiming to receive a Secured by Design Gold Award once completed.

We led the design process as lead consultant working closely with Woodbourne Group to evolve the scheme.
