A mixed-use scheme including residential apartments, creative art studios, and co-working spaces/offices with access, parking, and landscaping, as part of the regeneration of Chatham town centre. The development features up to 175 apartments, 1,990 sqft of creative arts studios, and 2,100 sqft of co-working spaces/offices, with 152 car parking spaces, landscaping, cycle storage, dedicated residential storage, and refuse storage.

This scheme aims to provide diverse living and working options, creating an attractive and cohesive public realm to attract businesses, residents, and investment to the town. The creative modern architecture will re-establish a sense of identity for the high street and community by creating positive landmark buildings. The development preserves and enhances existing site uses, including the car park, community arts centre, and pedestrian links.

Existing buildings and structures will be reused and repurposed as part of the overall scheme. Three new residential blocks will be visually connected through their architectural expression, building character, forms, and materials, active frontages, and a new landscaped amenity space which links the three residential blocks.
