Chetwoods Celebrates the Next Generation of Built Environment Talent

We were delighted to host the return of The Best of the Built Environment Graduate Show, an annual exhibition celebrating the creativity, innovation and technical excellence of the next generation of built environment professionals.

Held on June 16th at Saint Paul's Market, Birmingham , the event was delivered in collaboration with the Royal Institute of British Architects, the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and leading West Midlands universities. The evening brought together some of the region’s most talented Architecture and Architectural Technology students from the University of Wolverhampton, Birmingham City University and Coventry University, alongside representatives from RIBA, CIAT and professionals from across the built environment sector.
The exhibition showcased work from final-year undergraduate and Masters students, nominated by their tutors in recognition of outstanding achievement. The selected projects demonstrated innovative thinking, technical excellence and creative responses to some of the most pressing challenges facing the built environment today.

The event provided an invaluable platform for students to present their work to industry professionals, receive feedback and build connections as they prepare to enter the profession. It also offered practices, consultants and employers an opportunity to engage with emerging talent and gain insight into the ideas and innovations shaping the future of architecture and architectural technology.

As always, the Graduate Show highlighted the strength of collaboration between academia and industry, creating meaningful opportunities for knowledge sharing, networking and professional development. We would like to thank all the students, tutors, partners and guests who contributed to another successful and inspiring event.
