A focused scope of works refurbished the listed building to include a new entrance screen and contemporary bright reception area which leads to four floors of newly refurbished CAT A Office Space. Existing features to the stair core were retained and refurbished, whilst office partitions and tired suspended ceilings were stripped out.

The range of works included maximising ceiling heights through semi-exposed ceiling soffits and high-level services; new lighting and fan coil units; main plant overhaul; new finishes and redecoration.  During the works a further three levels of office floors plates, with Microsoft occupying part of the 3rd floor.
