Magna Park Lutterworth is a ground breaking logistics development covering over 550 acres. Chetwoods developed the masterplan and have subsequently been involved in the design and delivery of 70% of the distribution facilities on the park which has been developed in two phases over the course of 27 years.

The masterplan was designed to ensure maximum flexibility and optimum development densities for each plot. Several buildings feature energy saving, sustainable features which are designed to reduce and recycle energy usage and natural resources as much as possible.

The development has set new standards in terms of design, layout, environmental management, occupier efficiency and local job creation. The Magna Park concept is client IDI Gazeley’s blueprint for the development of successful large scale logistics parks around the world.
