Chetwoods remains ‘open for business’ during the unprecedented and turbulent times of the Covid-19 pandemic, with our London, Birmingham and Hamburg office teams now working from home.
All our professional and support staff have full remote and simultaneous access to our IT systems via VPN. We are using Microsoft Teams to chat, meet, call and collaborate online from anywhere. We can also create individual team and project channels and have conference and video call facilities in place to dial in to meetings with clients, consultant teams and Local Planning Authorities.
We will continue to provide the high-quality service that our clients expect of us for existing and new projects. In the event of any team members becoming unwell we have effective information sharing resources to ensure continuity on project work.
We are using our internal Social Channel to keep our staff connected, and have ensured that all colleagues are aware of the mental and emotional wellbeing support that we can offer during this challenging time.
We will continue to monitor Government advice and the evolving situation and our thoughts go out to all those affected by the Coronavirus and to all the key workers who are on the front line.
