Proposal to transform London’s redundant underground Postal Railway into a logistics and data supply line.

From Paddington in the west to Whitechapel in the east, the six-mile long Well-line would link a series of ‘wells’ built on brownfield sites to support and re-connect city-centre manufacturing, logistics and social enterprise on a ribbon of parks across the city centre.
